Payment Processing via Stripe
All payments on TradeGenius.bot are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe. Stripe may collect additional data such as your name, billing address, email address, and partial card information for fraud prevention, compliance, and transaction processing.
Stripe processes personal data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and complies with applicable regulations, including GDPR and PCI-DSS standards. TradeGenius does not store or have access to full payment card details.

TradeGenius LLC is not a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA, Regulation (EU) 2023/1114). TradeGenius operates exclusively as informational analytical software and does not provide any of the crypto-asset services enumerated in MiCA Article 3(1)(16) and Annex I.
Specifically, TradeGenius does not:
- Execute, transmit, or facilitate orders for crypto-assets on behalf of users
- Hold, custody, or administer crypto-assets or private keys
- Operate a trading platform or exchange
- Provide portfolio management or personalized investment advice in crypto-assets
- Accept deposits or funds in connection with crypto-asset services
As a result, TradeGenius LLC is not required to obtain CASP authorization from any EU national competent authority, including the AFM (Netherlands), BaFin (Germany), or AMF (France). MiCA consumer protections applicable to CASPs do not apply to the use of this Website.
